Unfortunately, I cannot find a detailed description of this "special Samsung connection", not even on the manufacturer's page.

The product info reads:
- Special adapter for Samsung LED TVs
- for adapting the Scart signal to the Samsung specific connection

Notice:
The adapter is suitable for most Samsung LED TVs. However, there are some models that do not have a Samsung-specific connection, in which case the adapter is not suitable.

If the Panasonic TV does not have a "special Samsung connection" - which I assume it does - it must be expected that this adapter will not fit a Panasonic TV.
