Yes, it does. Used it with Init7 10Gbit before I switched to Cloud Gateway Fiber.

Personally, I use it with Sunrise and it works. There's no "Bridge" mode on the operators' routers, so you'll have to change your router's IP to be able to use it. But everything works fine.
