Question about Rollei Smartphone tripod Traveler
Er, is it normal if the part that holds the phone doesn't fit, it's impossible to screw it on, which makes this thing ridiculous? Can the part that holds the phone be screwed on? Because no matter how well I understand how this thing works, I can't get my phone to fit on a tripod designed for this purpose... please help.

You have to remove the quick-release plate, screw the smartphone holder to it and reinsert it. Details at https://downloads.rollei.com/download...
- Screw the smartphone clamp to the small plate --> You have 2 options: screw horizontally or vertically, depending on the format with which you want to record
- The plate can be retracted and locked at the top of the tripod
- The plate can be retracted and locked at the top of the tripod
So I have/had no problem with this?
I use an iPhone from Apple and also have various accessories from Hama. - I streamed with it for several hours and I would buy the Traveler tripod again at any time for this price.
