Just an advice, go and look at the HTC Vive, it is of much better quality, already has controls, has better screens, has a much better tracking than the Oculus, and finally is much more user-friendly.
Just an advice from a guy who owns both, and follows the news about this technology very very closely.

Another point to make is about headtracking. The Vive is very precise, and the images displayed by the screen follow precisely any movement of the head. On the Oculus, during fast or wide movements, the image is jerky.

I would like to thank you for your help, but the size room doesn't necessarily interest me. When you say "quality" I'm a bit surprised, because we have two screens that we can see up close, what changes if I dare ask? Thank you.
