Has anyone found a cleaning paper or kit? It seems like the printer is struggling to hold the paper. Now I would like to replace the transport rollers. Is that possible?

That is indeed the case... unfortunately - and not only with the paper feed ...also with the scanner
I found a dedicated service technician who was at least able to fix the scanner ejector
In my case model ET-16650
I have not found a repair kit anywhere
