Hello dear ones I need a new monitor for my future PC (now still a laptop). I like 2 models, one is this Asus ROG Swift PG2879Q and the other is the Asus MG279Q. Overclocking is out of the question for me. Gsync is also not a must. Would the MG279Q be better? Or are there other variants? It simply shouldn't be bigger than 28". Thank you very much :)

Yes, if you can do without 165 Hz and also g-sync, you can take the MG279q. It simply has a 3D display, which you won't need anyway because almost no games support 3D.
