Which app ? Starlink or Orbi?
Both devices have AC wifi technology so it should work
You should connect the orbi to the starlink and not the other way round
Switch on Orbi wifi SATELLITEN
with iOS or Android in orbi wifi
search orbilogin.com
Then enter admin and password
The user interface may be in English
Then connect ORBI with the Starlink
My entire garden is well covered with the outdoor satellite
