Hello , I bought a Seagate Exos X16 from Galaxus and of course checked the warranty status with Seagate. For the first time after a purchase, no warranty status was displayed there after countless queries ( over 20 hard drives) with Seagate, but the following message: "Please contact the retailer where the product was purchased. This product was originally sold as part of a larger system. Please contact the system manufacturer or the dealer where the product was purchased for warranty support." What about the warranty period now? I know from Western Digital, for example, that hard disks and network storage as a purchased complete system must also be sent in completely for warranty claims. According to the Seagate text, the hard drive mentioned above is apparently part of such a complete system. How exactly does the warranty work now?
