Hello, I have installed the Hue Aurelle base BT in our bathrooms, 1x square and 1x rectangular. I have the problem that both square ones always go out briefly after pressing the off button (0) on the dimmer and then come back on in dimmed mode. In other words, they stay on even though I have switched the lamps off via the dimmer. The rectangular ones stay off. Is this still a bug in the firmware for the square ones?

Hello Miatanet. I only have the dimmer switch in operation, but not these lamps. First I would look for software upgrades for all components. Then check the configuration of the lamps and the dimmer switch in the app. If all else fails, I would remove the lamps from the network/bridge and register them again. Good luck!
