Hello, I'm calling in as a hard drive layman.... I need a hard drive for the Mac (storage of photos), but the files should also be accessible from a Windows. Is this possible with this hard drive? Resp. what are the requirements for this to be possible? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can, but for the same amount you get a Seagate Basic with 5 TB, which is also very fast with 140 MB/s. More memory and a very good real SATA Seagate Barracuda hard disk in the housing.
