You can, but you need Xbox Cloud Gaming.
The easiest way is via the Backbone App, which unfortunately has a very expensive plan.
Network performance must also be very good, otherwise there's nothing with cloud gaming, via 5G I could play slower games (Minecraft etc.), fast shooters or racing games are not yet ready...at least not at my location (in the pampas) or with my lousy wireless LAN ;-)
The best use for me is native iOS games that support the joystick.
