Question about eufy C35 4-Pack
Hello. Can anyone say anything reliable about the maximum range from HomeBase to the camera 2C and C35 (newer model)? This is very important in terms of possible applications. But I can't find anything anywhere. I thought I saw something about 6 - 9 metres (but that can't be true = useless ....)! Unfortunately, I'm still waiting in vain for an answer to my enquiry at Anker-eufy : (
Here is the answer I received today 19.11.2025 from the Anker team to my enquiry of 15.11.2025:

Based on the information you provided, our technicians recommend that the distance between the camera and the Homebase mini should not exceed 10 metres.
Thank you for your understanding and have a pleasant day."
In practice, this means that this product is at best a toy and simply unusable .....! Even in a flat, let alone a house, distances of over 10 metres between the camera(s) and HomeBase are probably common and normal. For me it would be a maximum of around 30 metres (HomeBase <> camera garage).
So the planned purchase has been cancelled for me.
