Question about Vava VA-LT002

Hello, I have been in possession of a VAVA 4K UST since yesterday and have two questions about it. 1. I cannot find the SKY Sport App in the integrated Appstore. 2. The volume control of the UPC remote control is not integrated. So I always have to have two remote controls with me? Does anyone have similar problems or possibly a solution? You probably can't find the Sky app, either because it is not supported by the beamer or because it can't be downloaded from the AppStore. Since the remote control of the beamer runs via Bleutooth, you have to find out whether the one from UPC also uses Bluetooth and whether the two also understand each other. You may have to switch to another universal remote control.
