Hello. I was wondering if the scan quality differs depending on the material of the object. I am considering buying it to scan bone implants designed with hardening modelling paste. The object to be scanned, the modelling clay implant, would therefore be in a non-shiny, matt material. Thank you in advance for your reply.

the scanner works with a tolerance of 0.1 mm. However, it takes some practice until the scan is perfect. A fast PC (min. Intel Core 5) with a powerful graphics card is an advantage.
