Yes, the unit is outdoor-proof, it stands outside on my pitch without a roof and works perfectly.

Outdoor quality good. A problem with my installation was the rather short power cable between the power supply unit and the connector. If you don't have the possibility to install a 230V extension, you have to "solder" cables here.

I use it outdoors and it is not protected from water - it works perfectly.
