I am very dissatisfied for various reasons. Now the question also arises why, after replacing the black cartridge, the others that have not yet been used up - also have to be replaced??? Printing is no longer possible. I would appreciate a quick answer, thank you!

Can't answer the question - but I am also very dissatisfied with this printer. Uses an incredible amount of ink, very expensive, scans and copies much slower than stated.  Cannot scan to PDF documents, but Tif, jpg...
