I bought the product but I can't get any reception with it. Is there a trick? Connect to a Philips TV and choose the DVB option

Does the TV have a DVB-T / T2 tuner?
Are all configurations correct?
It is possible that the antenna is "badly" positioned (not in range of the transmitting tower or in the wrong direction).
