I bought this card together with a Dell U2718Q. After approx. 2 weeks, the following (not unknown) phenomenon occurs: Screen goes dark for approx. 1 sec. and then comes back. Cable checked. Graphics driver for Win 10 deleted and reinstalled. What could this be?

I have had absolutely no problems with the GTX 1050 so far - but I could imagine that your power supply is a bit 'weak' and the graphics card reacts to a voltage drop.
I would check with Gigabyte.com.
