Have you read the instructions?
For DAB: Select the station with Tuning +/-, then press "Enter" to change the DAB station. Press and hold one of the buttons 1-5 to save. Done :-) Stations are not changed if you only press +/-, not until you confirm the selected station with Enter!!! At first, the "intuitive" saving did not work for me either :-( Reading the instructions then brought enlightenment :-)
