Question about HP G5 Universal Dock

I connect two 27" Dell monitors with DP to my docking station and connect the USB-C cable to the laptop. Now I have a sharp resolution of 2160x1440 on one monitor, a maximum resolution of 2048x1080 on the other and flickering in the picture. I have already updated the firmware of the docking station. What could be the reason for this?

This is almost certainly due to the "High Resolution mode" not being switched on if you are using an HP laptop - this can be activated in the BIOS: https://support.hp.com/us-en...

The bandwidth of the dock (or the USB-C bus) is too small in normal mode to handle two parallel 4K resolutions.

Hello Damon96
Have you already tested or replaced the DP cables? This could be due to the cable...
