I have a surface book (1) which does not have USB-C connectivity. I am connected to the screen via the display port. However, I can't use the webcam, which was one of the objectives of this screen. I have installed all the drivers. I tried to connect the USBC-1 port of the display to the USB-3 port of the computer, I get the message "not recognized pb 43 from Windows.
