This is not possible with the country settings for Switzerland or Austria. Why LG/Sonos are screwing us like this is still unknown. If you all put pressure on it, it will surely come to light. You can choose from numerous manufacturers there. Sonos is not one of them, of course. Just choose one that they allow you to use. Configure your LG remote. Then configure the remote control in the Sonos controller on your mobile phone and you're done. Then you can also regulate the sound via the LG remote. However, if you reset the country setting to CH, you will lose this option again. Completely wrong from LG and Sonos! It is absolutely incomprehensible what kind of war is being fought here at the expense of Swiss and Austrian customers.

With a Logitech Harmony you should be able to control everything. I am super satisfied
