I have bought and set up a Hue camera. It works in the app, but not in Apple Homekit. Apple Homekit is listed in the specifications. How does the image get into Homekit? If it is already sold as compatible.

I haven't actually connected my cameras to Apple Home, but I suppose it's the same as for Samsung smart thing: you have to add Apple Home to the "connected home" section of the HUE app before you can add all your HUE devices to Apple Home.
