I have ordered the i9 14900k. But I don't understand why it is 100fr cheaper than the i9 13900k ? explanation

Just like the 13900KS, but the 14900K has slightly higher clock speeds than the KS. Why is it cheaper? Because it is the same as the 13900k/KS despite the slightly higher clock speeds in the power limit. I switched from the 13700k to the 14900k and am still in the GPU limit with the RTX 4090.
