I have received the monitor today and installed the plug was a schuko and have changed it to the ch plug when starting the monitor is the right side with red green and blue mini dots is that the plug or is the monitor defective?
Try another DP/HDMI cable and see if the cables are plugged in tightly.
If another cable has not helped, then RMA.
