Question about Xiaomi MI TV Stick 4K

I have the problem that I cannot install Disney+ or any external apps (APK file). You can download it, but you can't install it. I've tried everything - no chance. I bought the same stick here 2 years ago, but with Android 9, when I was able to download and install external apps without any problems. It's probably due to Android 11. Does anyone have any ideas?

I use the stick with an internal Plex media server (and will probably switch to Jellyfin). Content up to 4k is played back smoothly in the original format (no transcoding needed so far). I have switched off everything I can (no app is downloaded from the Play Store, alternative home screen for fewer adverts, alternative app for YouTube...). Nevertheless, the latest version of Spotify is installed (via an alternative APK store).

I had to install the alternative APK store with an external app because of the latest Android version.
