I have two questions: 1. is it easy to plug the cable in and out of the headphones? (e.g. 3.5 mm jack to earpiece). 2. how much do the headphones weigh (in grams)? Merci for any input.

1. no. The cable is fixed.
2. the headphones weigh approx. 364 g with cable. Without cable 271 g. However, you do not wear the cable on your head.
