I'd probably ask that about the power supply I bought rather than the enclosure, but yeah.... :)

What kind of power supply do you have? Does the GPU need 3x 8Pin as power supply?
What do you mean by "the pc won't turn on at all with a corsair pcie cable"? Certain manufacturers do not allow mixing of foreign PCIe cables, which can lead to problems.
