I ordered this graphics card and installed it in my PC, but afterwards I noticed that it doesn't have a backplate... But I see on the Gigabyte website that it should have one.

I think you looked at the Windforce Edition on the Gigabyte website, because it has a backplate. The OC 4G does not ;)
