Question about Nothing Ear (Stick)

I was able to pair the Nothing ears with the PC without any problems. When I then pressed the pairing mode via the side button for 2 seconds to pair with the mobile phone, I could not put the ears into pairing mode (white light no longer appears). A reset (pressing the side button for 30 seconds) did not help either. Can anyone help me?
