In February 2021 I bought the Nokia 225 4G for a friend. There is now the problem that the device can no longer be switched on, the device no longer reacts... At first I suspected the charger. However, since I also tried another Nokia charger without success, I assume that the battery (BL-4WL) has a problem. I have therefore tried to find a REPLACEMENT battery on the Internet, but unfortunately without success, the BL-4WL model does not seem to be available anywhere ... Does anyone know what other type of battery can be used, especially as I have not found a suitable replacement battery here at Galaxus or Digitec ...?

If the unit was purchased in 2/2021, it is still under warranty. So the dealer should take care of the problem.
