In my case, the rear fan rotates at min. 1000 RPM, the other three I bring down to 600 RPM, is something wrong with the wiring? How can I adjust the fan other than with the CAM software?

If the fan is not connected to the built-in controller, you can check it in the bios, as it is most likely plugged into the MoBo.
