Is it an HDD or an SSD? If it is an HDD, with which tours does this HDD run? Why are none of these relevant features in the Digitec specification?

There are reasons why they are not given and Seagate is not the only manufacturer. Hardly anyone actually does this with external hard drives. If the manufacturer does not give exact technical specifications, he is very flexible in the HD he installs in the housing. So he can always take what is currently available and cheap.
