Is it not compatible with macOS running on Apple Silicon? I plugged the drive into a Macbook Pro equipped with an M1 pro and nothing happened. Disk utility doesn't recognize the hard drive.

Ok, I fixed it by restarting macOS. Strange, not something you would expect on a Mac. It's more like a typical Windows fix. The version of macOS is Ventura 13.2. Anyway, it works perfectly now. Problem solved.
