Is it possible to connect the Sony XV800 to the Sony XP 500? It is not listed on the Sony website. But the Sony XV 900 is listed again. Please clarify...

Yes, via the Sony Center application.

Hi,

Yes, you can connect either XP500 or XV900 to the XV800. You can also connect multiple speakers (up to 100 speakers) that are compatible with the Party Connection function via BLUETOOTH connections and enjoy music playback.

Devices compatible with the wireless party chain function are not suitable for connection.
Devices* compatible with the party connection function: LSPX-S3, SRS-XP700, SRS-XP500, SRS-XG500, SRS-XG300, SRS-XB43, SRS-XB33, SRS-XB23, SRS-XE300, SRS-XE200, SRS-XV900, SRS-XV800
