but sure, many people overdo it with ultra extra coolers. I have this cooler and Intel Core i7-10700K processor and with automatic setting it cools the processor to about 38-39 degrees. In the bios you can set it to always cool under turbo, then it brings the temperature to 32-33 degrees, which is perfectly adequate. And even in Turbo mode it's very quiet, you can practically hear nothing.
