Is this the new version of the UB9000 model, the mkII (released a few weeks ago)? This one is supposed to have a new ESS Sabre DAC, to replace the original AKM.

Yes, probably because the AKM factory burned down in 2020

According to the supplier, this is the new model with the new chip. The old model with the AKm chip has not been available for some time.
