My Dell XPS 15 reports that the charging power is too low (<65Watt) every time it boots. But the docking station is supposed to deliver 130W?

This docking station does not have 130W of charging power via USB-C. Only 60W. Incorrect information from Digitec.

I have the same problem with the Dell Precision 5530. I get a BIOS error message that the notebook will only charge if it consumes less than 65W, otherwise the battery would be discharged.
