What do you mean by suitable? Of course you can use it with your specs. And it can handle 500-540Hz, as it is a 540Hz monitor. But if you mean FPS, then that's a different story.
Perhaps you should first find out exactly what that means. In Minecraft, you'll probably be able to do that consistently, but if you're playing Cyberpunk in 4k, of course, never. It depends on the game, the resolution and the settings.
