The associated app does not work for me (any more). Whenever I start the app, the TV is also recognised/displayed. If I select it to establish the connection, it always says: "make sure that the TV is in the same WLAN as the smartphone" or something similar....which is the case. Does anyone else have this problem? It no longer works on either smartphone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, all updates have been made... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.smartviewad
According to your own research, you can take the following steps to try to solve the problem:
- Disconnect The Frame from the power supply and remove all connected cables.
- Then press and hold the power button on the Samsung Smart Remote for about 15 seconds to remove the remaining power.
- Wait another 15 minutes and then please connect The Frame to the power only for the time being.
- Test whether the sensor now works again.
If this still does not lead to a solution, it is best to contact Samsung directly and express your concern. :)
Not all at once please ;-)
Would appreciate any feedback if anyone has the same problem as me.
