In this configuration, the device is delivered without Windows and is instead equipped with the Linux operating system (eShell). This is intended for certain models. If you want to use Windows, you can easily install it yourself (e.g. via USB stick and licence). Alternatively, you can return the device as part of our returns policy if it does not meet your expectations.
