Question about Meta Quest 3
The meta application and the headset refuse to connect to the internet when I use my Swisscom fibre optic internet access at home. If I use the wifi on my Salt 5G mobile it works. What is the problem with swisscom?

The problem was that meta quest 3 needs the DHC IPv6 option to be activated on the rooter and the wifi terminal.
The meta quest 3 does not work in IPv4 only.

Solution found: The headset was refusing to connect because the IPv6 parameter was not activated on the Swisscom router and the wifi terminal. The meta Quest 3 does not work with IPv4.

I'm also with Swisscom (and an IT specialist, which is good).
Try setting the security on your modem router to WPA2/WPA3 instead of WPA3 as a first attempt.

I have swisscom fiber and there are no issue, check your router settings, maybe you are using a custom DNS
