The new thermostats in the Apple Store have a "Works with Apple Homekit" logo on the packaging.is this thermostat also Homekit compatible or is this still an "old" one?

Amazing... Amazing... Today's apple owners are seemingly unable to educate themselves on their so highly regarded app portal.... I say they are too... As an android, I found the answer of compatibility at the drop of a hat on APPLE APP.
