Question about WD Black

This hard disk is not recognised after a reboot, unless I plug it in and out (with Windows loaded). How can I avoid this annoying procedure? I have a total of 4 SSDs and 2 HDDs installed with this HDD, and this hard drive (regardless of the combination and connection) is the only one that exhibits this behaviour.

try new drivers, windows is not exactly a very good operating system... -> boot a linux from a usb-stick once to test...
