What is the difference between the 1TB 25 Ultra with "DE" in the name and the 512GB models without DE?

As far as we are aware, the "DE" version does not differ technically from the other versions. The designation merely indicates that it is a software version intended for Germany, in which individual default settings or regional customisations may differ slightly. The hardware remains completely identical.
