When I plug in a charger and USB-C, there's no light, so it's probably not charging. Is it broken? The charger and cable are from a Huawei.

Helpful answer
I would use a simple 5 Watt power supply (no Fast Charge) for testing.
If it then lights up, the Huawei power supply cannot "talk" to the power bank.
