which lens is ideal for photo and video telezoom would be very good, because I also take animal photos and record video of being in a hall (theatre or concert). Also suitable microphone?

Well, the 12-60 mm Obi. is an ideal zoom. But if you need more telephoto, then I recommend a zoom 12-120 mm. But that is already heavier!
An additional alternative would be 30-100 mm. Panasonic has several suitable Obi in stock.
As a directional mic I would take a Sennheiser mic. Sennheiser has been a leading manufacturer of microphones for over 50 years.
