Which memory card to shoot in 4K 30fps 10bit 4:2:2 ...? Is a "95MB/s" enough...?

On the gh5 you have 2 types of 10 bit:
400 mbps and 150mbps.
For 150 mbps a card with the u3 standard is sufficient, so 95 mb/s is ok.
For 400 mbps you need a v90 card, the cheapest in the shop is this one Integral Memory UltimaPro X2 (128GB, Class 10)
but not yet tested

That's right, get a V90 and you're guaranteed to be able to run at any speed and any rate.
In 400MB your card must register 50 mbs but the most important is to have a v90, more expensive but you are safe.
At 400 res max it's 3GB per minute
In 150 you can try a V60
