Yes, both should fit in, depends on where your mainboard has its m. 2 slots the ssd has quite a large cooler on it, which does not interfere with the graphics card.

Rtx 3070 fits, I have it inside. SSD should also fit because it is m.2, but I have installed a different one (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/gigabyte-aorus-gen4-1000-gb-m2-ssd-13890048).
