Question about Epson ET-2750 EcoTank

With this printer it shows me the error message E-11 "The ink pad needs maintenance. Contact Epson." Who can I contact? Epson Switzerland is asking 5 euros for someone to deal with the issue. Can I buy the ink pad (remaining ink tank) for this model from Digitec?

Another possibility would be to get the ink pad from China or something like that. You then just have to reset the printer so that it knows that the ink pad is new again.
There are various methods, but just google "WIC reset Epson Ecotank".
I haven't had to do it on mine yet, so I don't have a recommendation.
